Customer satisfaction is a priority to us. If your product is damaged or has any issue please contact us at so we can remedy the situation. For damaged or defective items we ask that you provide a picture showing the damage or defect so we can determine if it fits our criteria for a free return. If approved we will work as quickly as possible to send you a replacement product free of charge.

We accept returns on all unopened and unused items within 30 days of when you receive them. For items that do not meet the criteria above you will be required to return the items at your own expense and will be refunded the original purchase price of the items (not including shipping costs).
